Our contact centres deliver services to over 100 organisations with 26,000 customers across the UK. As a Contact Centre or Response Service Operator, you’ll be given in-depth training which will equip you with the skills and information needed to respond to calls, ranging from dealing with a personal alarm call to a customer who just needs a friendly ear to chat to. One thing you can be certain of is that every day will be different.
Our Contact Centre also includes our Customer Support Centre team who answer calls from tenants, helping them to find quick solutions to issues relating to their home or community.
From ensuring our colleagues have a great career, to managing budgets, or ensuring that colleagues get the right IT and digital equipment and software, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the business thriving, and delivering great services to our customers.
Support service teams include the People and Culture Team, Finance Team, Marketing, and Communication Team, and Digital and Project Management Team, and together, they make sure that the business has the right resources at the right time.
Working as part of a support service team, you’ll be supported every step of the way to reach your career goals.
